The Alcohol Influence Report (AIR) fails to demonstrate the required two minute lockout between the Ambient Air Blank of the Control Tests and subsequent breath tests. This lockout period is designed to prevent contamination of one test to another and constitute a fatal flaw. The results of testing under such conditions re not acceptable and the test is deemed invalid.
