Your client was asked to count and perform the alphabet which are not standardized field sobriety tests. They have not been fully evaluated for reliability as indicia of intoxication and have been excluded from the standardized field sobriety tests.
Your client was also asked to do two of the three field sobriety tests, the one leg stand and the walk and turn tests. There are three standardized field sobriety tests. Empirical data is only available regarding the reliability when all three of the tests are done.
